What? You don’t want some gummy worms? Who doesn’t eat gummy worms?
Do you feel this way when you are planning to be healthier? Your friends do not understand tht you are intolerant of dairy (or other food) and are doing your best to limit your sugar intake. They do not understand that your family may have a history of health issues—and many of them. In addition, they may not understand the value of eating whole foods. Unknowingly, they are belittling every health goal you have just because they have never seen the value of taking care of their health.
So what happens? Well, you feel as though you have two options: secretly do your best to be healthy; then, when you go out with friends or family, you eat whatever they are eating. Your other option is to just forget about being healthy because who does that kind of weird stuff anyway? It’s fun to eat junk food, and who has the time to cook anyway?
If you choose the first option, [you feel great eating at home and eating healthier foods]. On the other hand, when you go to eat with family and friends, you feel like the odd ball, you feel alone, and, after eating, you feel like there is a rock in your stomach.
What can you do when you feel as though you are alone in your attempts to eat healthy? You know there have to be people who want to be healthier too, but dare they even state their healthy goals and desires? Do they dare risk being thought of as weird? What do you do?
If you feel this way, please know that you are not alone. Hundreds and thousands of people have similar goals as you do. I am one of them, and my work supports people just like you.
You see, the moment you find someone who understands you and has been where you are, you feel a sense of community. You mean you like to eat fruits and vegetables? You drink lots and lots of water (or would like to) as well? Wow! This is amazing!
Now let’s take it a step further. Imagine receiving support from a person who has been where you are—one who can feel what you are feeling and believe what you believe AND guide you down the same path to health that she has followed herself.
If you are searching for such a person, I invite you to a chat with me over the phone to discover what is working for you right now where you are, what is not working for you, and what you would like to have working for you in regard to your health!
I have three spots for calls with me available in the next two weeks, and they are available at a first-come, first-served basis.

I am looking forward to our connection!
