Abandoned
Have you ever seen a house that was abandoned–or looked like it was? Its roof may be missing some shingles, the paint may be peeling off its exterior, the interior is dusty–you get the picture.
Now imagine a person who wants to purchase this home. Instead of seeing the peeling paint, the dust, and the dirt–this person sees a house that can be transformed. So what does she do?
First of all, she hangs up beautiful family pictures. Think of the memories her family and friends can view every time they look at the walls! What better decoration can there be than family photos, right?
Next, this talented lady tastefully uses her floral arrangement skills to make a beautiful centerpiece for her coffee table. The flowers smell beautiful and add some refreshing color to the home! Isn’t it a beautiful sight to walk into someone’s home and see flowers? Her guests and family will definitely love this!
You know what? She is so industrious that she does not stop at family photos and floral arrangements. She adds a beautiful bowl of fresh strawberries to her kitchen table. They add even more color to her home, and her family knows they can have a healthy snack at any time.
Can’t you already feel how comfortable and clean this home will be? Well, this lady does not stop there! She adds a clean, fresh welcome mat right outside the front door. Most of the dirt tracked in via shoes will be eliminated now. Her home is on its way to being one of the prettiest on the block, right?
What? You don’t think so? Well, of course not. It was very industrious of this new home owner to put all that work into her new home. However, the first thing that needed to be done was a good cleaning.
The dust, dirt, and dead insects needed to be removed from the home first. Then, a good scrubbing would freshen up the place even more. Next, she could paint the walls, if need be. Only after that would she move in new furniture and add flowers.
Now you are thinking – what on earth does this have to do with my health? This is not a home improvement newsletter.
Well, I am so glad you asked! You see, when people want to be healthier, they usually start eating more salads, fruits, and vegetables (like the homeowner adding new furniture, welcome mat, and flowers). However, all the many years of eating unhealthy are still inside them–the reason for fatigue, low immunity, and many other health issues. They need to get rid of the dust and dirt of toxic processed food, junk food, toxic cleaners, air fresheners, and fast food that has accumulated over many, many years. Then they can add proper nutrition, good bacteria, and immune support.
That is exactly what I help women do. It’s a detox as simple as drinking a glass of water, and this is what I have been doing myself since 2013–every day. It has made such a huge difference in how I feel.
