Working long hours on very few hours of sleep, eating low quality foods, rarely exercising, and being stressed out 90% of the time were my norm eight and nine years ago.  Unfortunately, they are the norm of many Americans.

Why is it that we must encounter a major health problem in order to prioritize sleeping eight to nine hours a day, eating real food, and exercising, tending to our friendships, and realizing that stress is not the best response to everything?

Making positive lifestyle changes later in life is better than not making them at all; however, sometimes it may be too late.

May I encourage you to stop to evaluate your health and see if where you are headed is where you want to be in ten or twenty years.

If it is, wonderful!  Keep going.  If not, begin to make positive changes.
