Did you know that your immune system is important all year long?  In the fall and winter, a strong immune system may help you to avoid colds, flus, and viruses.  In the spring, the fluctuating temperatures are tough on your immune system.

In the summer, your immune system is important because you are sometimes in cold, low-humidity environments and other times in quite warm and high-humidity environments!  Even if you do not live in a humid climate, the significant difference in air conditioned and non-air conditioned environments can make you ill.

Here are just three signs of a weak or compromised immune system:

1. Frequent illness

If being ill for 4-5 weeks at a time is normal for you, I understand because before 2013, that was how I lived.  However, when I began to take care of my immune system (and not just eat healthy foods), illness came less frequently and for considerably shorter periods of time.

Please understand that you were not mean to be ill for an entire month at a time!

2.  Digestive issues

Did you know that over 60% of your immune system is in your gut?  Therefore, if your digestive system is not working properly, your immune system will not be either!  Therefore, if your digestive system is not functioning optimally, your immune system will usually be weak.

3. Seasonal allergies

Most people think that allergies mean that they cannot be around certain flowers or plants.  Did you know, though, that your allergies may mean that your immune system is compromised?

Before I began to take care of my immune system, my allergies were terrible, especially when I lived in a warm climate.  Now they do not bother me one bit!

If you are concerned about how often you are ill and are serious about making a change in your health, just fill out this short questionnaire, and I will reply to you within 24 hours!
